Biography

Chen Hongbo, MD, Attending Physician, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He specializes in plastic and reconstructive repair of emergency trauma, organ reconstruction and serial treatment of scars, reconstructive treatment of congenital malformations (cleft lip and palate, hypospadias, polydactyly, and syndactyly), craniomaxillofacial plastic surgery, correction of excessively wide double eyelids, liposuction and body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and minimally invasive cosmetic treatment. He graduated from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences—Tsinghua University Health Science Center and has successively worked at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College (Badachu Plastic Surgery Hospital) and Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is currently a member of the Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Safety Professional Committee of the China Occupational Safety and Health Association.
